LIVE ON MY SIDE
It is a collection of assemblies made from different materials and techniques that manifest the deep human need of liberation from personal ties to enable the honest expression of our own being.
To not say openly what we think or want is to lose freedom and, if we are not free, we do not allow our loved ones to be free. But why do something that hurts us so much? Because of fear.
In order to live without betraying ourselves, we have to unlearn all that we have been taught and understand that our thoughts are influenced by what we listen as well. With this work, I wanted to confess out loud that I had realised that I hadn´t been autonomous.
